The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Else & Me website, the materials and information contained therein and related services made available to you via this site. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not visit or use the site. Once you visit the site you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Else & Me may from time to time change the Terms & Conditions of use.
Else & Me, its representatives and associated agents are not liable to you or any other for any loss in connection with the use of the site or a linked website. This general disclaimer is not restricted or modified by any of the following specific warnings and disclaimers.
Else & Me will not use any information we collect from you other than to process your order.
We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
Once payment is received orders should be received within 14 days unless notified otherwise.
We will deliver all orders to you via the Australia Post Express Post service.
When you spend more than $200 we will express post your order to you free.
When your order is less than $200, we will express post your order for a flat fee of $12.00.
Please ensure that the shipping address details provided for your order are correct. Else & Me is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to exchange it, we require you to contact us within 7 days. Please email email@example.com the following information: name, invoice/order number, contact details. Else & Me will respond to you with an RA number and postage details.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Please post the product in a secure parcel post bag. Else & Me suggests you send the item via Australian Registered Post as Else & Me cannot accept responsibility for items that are misplaced during transit. Please note that we do not allow exchanges or refunds on sale items.
We will credit your original method of payment within 10 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE we are a boutique store and cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days from date of purchase. Deliveries after this notice period will be returned to sender.
